In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement. Access to and use of the zc666 platform, including registration of an Account, is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. zc666 enforces this requirement through KYC verification and reserves the right to request official government-issued identity documentation from any Player at any time. Any Account found to belong to a Player who is under the age of 21 will be permanently suspended without notice and all funds returned to the originating payment method.

2.2 Registration Process. To create an Account on zc666, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any additional information required during the KYC verification process. You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one active Account on zc666. The creation of multiple Accounts by one individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, zc666 reserves the right to close all but one Account, forfeit any Bonus Balances associated with duplicate Accounts, and investigate the circumstances for potential fraudulent activity.

2.4 Jurisdiction Compliance. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that accessing and using the zc666 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under any law applicable to you. zc666 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction beyond the scope of its international gaming license.

2.5 Account Verification. zc666 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the Player relationship, including during registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and where transaction patterns indicate a need for further verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zc666 Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. zc666 cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Suspicious Activity Reporting. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your zc666 Account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. zc666 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account while the matter is resolved.

3.3 Account Currency. All zc666 Accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to Player funds. Your displayed PKR Balance represents the actual amount available in your Account at any given time, subject to any pending wager settlements or withdrawal processing.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. zc666 reserves the right to classify an Account as inactive after a continuous period of 12 months without any login activity or financial transaction. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any administrative fee is applied to an inactive Account. The applicable inactive Account fee schedule will be communicated in advance and will not reduce the Account balance to below zero.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. zc666 currently supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed. zc666 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. Additionally, any Bonus Balance must have its associated wagering requirements fulfilled before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) may generally be withdrawn at any time subject to these Terms.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. zc666 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime in compliance with its international gaming license obligations. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Deposits may only be withdrawn to the same payment method from which they originated unless an alternative has been verified by the compliance team.

4.5 Deposit Integrity. All deposits to zc666 Accounts must originate from payment accounts that are held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. zc666 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder's own payment method and to permanently close Accounts where this rule is violated.

5.1 Wager Validity. A wager is not considered valid until it has been confirmed and accepted by the zc666 system. Any wager placed due to a system error, technical fault, or communication failure will be considered void and the staked amount returned to the Player's PKR Balance. zc666 cannot guarantee the availability of any specific game, market, or table at all times.

5.2 Casino Games and RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games offered on the zc666 platform are sourced from internationally licensed and independently audited software providers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by certified random processes and cannot be influenced by the Player, the Company, or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

5.5 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a malfunction, error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of any game or wager, zc666 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the relevant Account. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" is a standard condition applicable across all zc666 gaming products.

6.1 Bonus Terms Transparency. All promotional offers made available by zc666 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is advertised. These terms include, but are not limited to: wagering requirements, eligible games and their contribution percentages, time limits within which requirements must be met, minimum odds restrictions where applicable to sports betting promotions, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Balance credited to a Player's Account carries wagering requirements that must be met before the associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates by game category are displayed in the promotion terms and the cashier wagering tracker.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each player is entitled to claim a specific promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through multiple Accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential Account suspension.

6.4 Abuse of Promotions. zc666 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or reclaim any bonus amount where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion has been abused, exploited, or claimed in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer. This includes — but is not limited to — systematic bonus betting strategies, hedging across markets to lock in guaranteed profits from promotional funds, or organised bonus abuse by coordinated groups.

6.5 zc666 Right to Modify Promotions. zc666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any promotional rights already earned by a Player in good faith prior to any such modification or withdrawal.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zc666 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any funds in their Account where those funds were acquired through the prohibited conduct, and reporting to relevant authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

• Fraudulent Activity – Including but not limited to using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, or any other act of fraud directed at zc666 or other Players.
• Money Laundering – Using the zc666 platform to process or disguise the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Collusion – Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live games where such sharing is prohibited, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game.
• Exploitation of Software Vulnerabilities – Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, error, or vulnerability in the zc666 platform software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Automated Software – Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial means to place wagers or interact with the platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Underage Access – Any attempt by an individual under the age of 21 to register or access the zc666 platform, or by any person to facilitate such underage access.
• Account Sharing – Allowing another individual to use your Account or using another individual's Account, regardless of their relationship to you.
• Chargebacks – Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider for a genuine zc666 transaction without first raising the matter with zc666 customer support.

8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. zc666 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Company recognises that while most Players engage with gambling as entertainment within their means, a minority of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviours. zc666 takes this responsibility seriously as a core obligation of its international gaming license.

8.2 Player-Controlled Limits. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their Account settings panel:

10.1 Platform Availability. zc666 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. zc666 shall not be liable for any losses suffered by a Player as a direct result of planned or unplanned platform downtime, provided that any affected in-progress wagers are voided and staked amounts returned.

10.2 Gambling Losses. zc666 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of lawful wagering activity on the platform. All gambling involves inherent risk and Players accept sole responsibility for their wagering decisions. No claim arising from gambling losses will be considered by zc666 outside of cases involving a demonstrable platform malfunction or error directly causing an incorrect outcome.

10.3 Third-Party Content. Casino games and live dealer services on zc666 are provided by licensed third-party software providers. While zc666 takes all reasonable steps to ensure that such providers meet the standards required by its gaming license, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, error, or malfunction attributable solely to the technical systems of a third-party game provider, beyond the Company's obligation to void affected rounds and return staked amounts.

10.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of zc666 to any Player arising from any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their zc666 Account in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data provided to zc666 is governed by the zc666 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm acceptance of the zc666 Privacy Policy as it applies to the personal information you provide during registration and ongoing use of the platform.

11.3 Communications. 13.1 Governing Law. 13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and zc666 arising from the use of the platform or the application of these Terms, the Player agrees to first raise the matter with the zc666 customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. The Company commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

13.3 Escalation.
